Amanda Lewis-Adderley

Amanda Lewis-Adderley is the co-founder and principal of The Pelagic Group, Ltd. With over 12 years experience working in international development, including over a decade working with the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement, Amanda brings a wealth of skills, knowledge and drive to her work.

Amanda has extensive Caribbean regional experience working on a wide range of projects, programs and disaster operations. Sectors that Amanda has worked in include: public health, resilience building, disaster preparedness, response & relief, and youth & community engagement. Methodologies and capabilities that Amanda has deep experience in include:  cash and voucher assistance, social and behaviour change, facilitation and training, tools and resources development, and project management inclusive of monitoring and evaluation.

Amanda holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in Development Studies, and a BA with Honors from the University of Toronto in Sociology, Caribbean Studies and Political Science.

Keisha Ellis

Keisha Ellis is the co-founder and principal of The Pelagic Group, Ltd. She is a dynamic professional who skillfully combines her academic expertise with hands-on experience to drive impactful development projects. With a proven track record of success in managing projects with budgets reaching tens of millions of dollars, Keisha's contributions have yielded meaningful outcomes for the communities she has served. Her creative insight and thoughtful approach consider the multitude of factors involved, ensuring that interventions are both effective and sustainable.

In addition to her expertise in project development, Keisha is a respected political scientist and academic with a special focus on improving the accessibility of information. She brings her breadth of knowledge and diverse skill set to The Pelagic Group to benefit a wide array of clients seeking to make a positive impact on the world. 

She holds an MA from The University of Kent, Brussels School of International Studies in International Political Economy and a BSc from Caldwell University in Marketing.
